Deborah Sgro

Deborah Sgro has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Deborah is currently serving as the Global Mentoring Director at Women in Big Data, where they champion the success of women in big data careers through professional and technical training, leadership development, networking, and mentoring.

In 2020, Deborah founded and became the owner of Beyond The Glass Ceiling, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills and ambition.

Prior to their current roles, Deborah worked at BNY Mellon for over a decade as a Vice President. Additionally, they created and managed the first UNIX system support team, providing hardware/software support for all UNIX applications and project teams servicing the American Stock Exchange Applications.
