Deborah Wiltshire has extensive work experience in the field of corporate communications and marketing. Deborah is the co-founder of Women in Big Data, an initiative that aims to promote diversity in the big data field and empower women in the industry. Deborah has also served as a Board Director for GiveTeens20 & NavZ, a nonprofit organization that supports teenagers in their career exploration and provides them with tools and resources for success.
In their career, Deborah has held leadership positions in renowned companies such as ActiveCampaign, Elastic, Cloudera, and Informatica. Deborah has served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at ActiveCampaign and Vice President of Corporate Communications at Elastic. At Cloudera, they held the position of Senior Director and later Director of Corporate Communications. In their role at Informatica, they served as Director of Corporate Communications and Senior Corporate Communications Manager. Additionally, they handled Analyst Relations and Public Relations in the EMEA region.
Prior to these roles, Deborah held positions in companies like Cisco Systems, i2 Technologies, and CA Technologies, where they gained experience in analyst relations, public relations, and managing PR in the UK and Ireland.

Deborah Wiltshire attended the Washington International School, where they pursued the International Baccalaureate program. Following this, they enrolled in an intensive German language program at the Amerika Institut in Vienna, Austria. Deborah then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Heriot-Watt University; however, their degree remains unfinished. Lastly, they studied International Relations and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University.
