Kirbie Morrow

Kirbie Morrow is a dedicated and skilled leader with extensive experience in organizational operations and member engagement within Women in Business at Baylor University, serving as President since October 2022 after roles as Vice President of Operations and Director of Leadership Development. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Baylor University, Kirbie has also gained practical experience through internships at Kinder Morgan, Inc., and Weatherford, where project management and recruitment strategies were developed.
