Tripura Kaparthi, MS, PMP, CSM, ITIL, SAFe®6 Agilist, currently serves as Vice President of IT & PMO at Women In Need, Inc. since 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Director of IT for the Strategic Project Management Office and Digital Operations at Year Up from 2022 to 2023, and as Head of PMO, Strategy, Governance & Business Operations at Valley Water from 2021 to 2022. From 2009 to 2021, Tripura led the PMO function for HP, overseeing Innovation and Operations for Global eCommerce and Marketing Communications. Earlier career includes serving as VP of IT at IT Consulting Services, where engagement spanned Fortune 500 companies and various sectors, including fintech and healthcare. Tripura holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from San Jose State University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Gulbarga University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from Osmania University.
