Raechel Canipe

Raechel Canipe is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing executive with extensive experience in driving growth and fostering community engagement across multiple organizations. As the Founder and CEO of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship, Raechel successfully connected over 5,000 members and expanded service areas throughout Florida within a year. In the role of Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Marketing & Sales at RevStar, Raechel implemented an organic digital marketing strategy that resulted in significant increases in engagement and web traffic while enhancing operational efficiency through training programs and new processes. Previously, as the Director of Operations at Synapse Florida, Raechel achieved a remarkable customer retention rate and optimized operational workflows. Raechel also co-founded the Project Afghan Relief Fund, contributing to vital evacuation efforts, and held leadership positions at Quiet Professionals, LLC, and DEX Imaging, achieving substantial revenue growth and brand visibility. Educationally, Raechel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Florida.
