Jessica Hazard J.D., C.C.D.P. has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Jessica is currently working as the Organizational Development Program Manager for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at St. Luke's Health System since October 2021. Jessica also holds the position of Director of Player Engagement and Development at the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC) starting from December 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Jessica worked at Texas Christian University for nine years. Jessica served as the Associate Athletics Director for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion & Student-Athlete Development from May 2015 to October 2021. Before that, they worked as an Athletic Compliance Officer from March 2012 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked at Boise State University as a part of the Athletic Compliance team in 2011.

Jessica's experience also includes working in the legal department of the Oakland Raiders from August 2010 to July 2011. Jessica started their career at the San Francisco Department of Children, Youth and Their Families (DCYF) as a Program Officer & Policy Development- Violence Prevention & Intervention.

Overall, Jessica Hazard has extensive experience in organizational development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as compliance and policy development in various sports and public service organizations.

Jessica Hazard obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from John F. Kennedy College of Law in the years 2008-2011. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology & Black Studies from Boston College, which they earned from 1991-1995. Jessica Hazard further pursued their education at The Wharton School in 2017, where they obtained an Executive Education Leadership Certificate in Leadership Development. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University ILR School and a Cornell Certified Diversity Professional (C.C.D.P) certification from Cornell ILR School. Jessica has also obtained certifications in other areas such as Mental Health First Aid, Title IX, and Athlete Development Professional Certification Program. Recently, in 2021, they completed a certification course titled "Supporting the Whole Self at Work, a Diversity and Inclusion Imperative" through LinkedIn.
