Granny Lesiamang is a co-founder and Director of Clauseph Biofuels, a green technology startup focused on converting invasive encroacher bush and biomass waste into clean biomass fuel and affordable biomass stoves. In addition, Granny Lesiamang serves as an adjunct faculty member at Utidia Apprenticeship Institute, delivering lectures and mentorship on green energy and sustainability. Previously, as a Climate Education Trainer for the International Renewable Energy Agency, workshops were conducted in Botswana to promote knowledge about climate change and renewable energy among local youth. Other notable roles include Health Program Facilitator for Young 1ove Organization and Executive Assistant to the President of the Youth Alliance for Leadership and Development in Africa. Granny Lesiamang's early experience includes coordinating the GemKids program for the Sir Ketumile Masire Foundation and internships at Young 1ove Organization and BCL Limited.
