Ed Schwalje

Ed Schwalje has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ed currently works at Wonder as the Regional Director of Operations, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director of Operations at Wonder from January 2022 to October 2022. Before joining Wonder, they worked at FreshRealm as a Plant Manager from December 2019 to May 2021. Ed also held the position of Director of Operations at Revolution Foods from May 2019 to December 2019, where they were involved in various operational and planning responsibilities. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Operations Analyst at Revolution Foods from April 2017 to September 2017. Additionally, Ed Schwalje has previous experience as the Co-Founder/Owner Operator at VegTable Foods, Inc. from June 2015 to April 2017. Ed worked at Caudalie USA as a Warehouse Director from January 2012 to September 2015, where they oversaw inventory forecasting, managed purchasing and logistics operations, and improved order fulfillment accuracy. Ed also worked as an Inventory Control Supervisor at Farmer Brothers from November 2009 to January 2012. Prior to that, Ed Schwalje held roles in logistics and shipping at LVMH from July 2008 to October 2009 and Alco Industries from May 2004 to July 2008, respectively.

Ed Schwalje earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Middlesex College, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007. In addition, they obtained various certifications, including a HACCP (Food Safety) Auditor certification from North Carolina State University in October 2020. Ed also holds certifications in the 5S Concept Certified (5SC), Applying and Implementing "Food Safety Culture", Certified Kaizen Facilitator (CKF), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB), and TPM Concept Certified from the Management & Strategy Institute, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
