Imad Olmos

SVP, Customer Success at WonderBotz LLC

Imad Olmos is the SVP of Customer Success at WonderBotz. Prior to joining WonderBotz, Imad served as the Senior IT Program Manager for ERP Solutions at the City of New York. In this role, Imad was responsible for overseeing a digital transformation program worth $10MM that targeted master data management, performance evaluation, and reporting.

Imad’s experience in delivery management, management planning, and stakeholder management helped him successfully navigate the challenges of this role. Imad was also instrumental in the development and rollout of training and communication plans for the modernization projects.

Imad’s ability to effectively manage complex projects and stakeholders has made him an invaluable asset to their team. Their commitment to success has helped WonderBotz achieve its goals and continue to grow.

Imad Olmos has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hunter College. Imad also has certifications from Blue Prism in Blue Prism Instructor, Blue Prism Project Manager, and Blue Prism Developer.
