What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Director of Growth Marketing with a strong background in paid media to lead a high performing marketing team to achieve aggressive lead-generation targets. Bonus points if the candidate is bi-lingual in English and Mandarin. 

What you’ll accomplish: 

  • You will define, execute, and measure the integrated marketing plan to ensure effective lead-generation activities that target the entire funnel to fuel pipeline growth. 
  • You will focus on the buyer’s journey to produce leads into the pipeline, but also tracking through to revenue for the business.
  • You will dig into the weeds with your team and continue to improve conversion rates at each touchpoint and prioritize accordingly to drive impact. Our leads come via our website, inbound calls, and wechat. We have a mix of inbound and outbound marketing activities.
  • You will manage the Growth Marketing team with direct responsibility for performance marketing on direct mail, website, paid search, paid social, affiliate, SMS, YouTube, and other social media channels such as DuoYin and WeChat. 
  • You will help expand, coach, inspire, and motivate a ~7 person growth team (both organic and paid) and oversee performance tracking and calibration on a daily basis to drive decision-making around budget allocations and forecasts.
  • You will support scaling existing channels and identify the development of new growth opportunities.
  • You will develop evergreen and seasonable campaigns and report on and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and testing.

One year deliverables: 

  • You will collaborate with data, revenue operations and marketing operations to gather data intelligence to create segmentation for better targeting. 
  • You will leverage progressive profiling and personalized lead nurturing to improve mid- funnel conversion rate. 
  • You will collaborate with the inbound/outbound SDR team to test various cadences to improve conversion rates. 
  • You will build up our SEM/SEO channels and turn them into new growth channels in addition to our existing growth channels such as DM, SMS and WeChat 
  • You have minimum of 8+ years of multi-channel/omni-channel growth marketing experience, primarily at a B2B company or B2C company selling a high ticket item, managing a significant marketing budget. 
  • You have experience with B2B SaaS in the SMB space. 
  • You have experience with attribution and mixed media models, previoust success with analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions and adjusting strategy. 
  • You have expert conversion rate optimization and hypothesis testing skills.
  • You are an expert in SEM, paid media and direct response channels  
  • You have experience in a consumer-driven industry with a passion for the customer.
  • You have fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
  • You know the restaurant industry or previously worked in this space 
  • You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.

The salary range for this role is $230,000 - $310,000.
