Leo Xiao

Leo Xiao serves as the S&OP and Supply Planning Manager at Wondfo since March 2021, overseeing a direct team of seven and an indirect team of six, responsible for S&OP routines and medical instrument fulfillment through inventory level control and supply planning. Previously, Leo held the position of S&OP Manager, managing demand and supply reviews, and was a Sr. Planning Supervisor at The Kraft Heinz Company, focusing on logistics network optimization. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Planner at LKK Health Products Group Ltd., where Leo developed a forecast model and auto-replenishment tools, and as an Inventory Control Planner/Material Buyer and Demand Planner/Logistics Coordinator at HAVI. Leo holds an MBA from South China University of Technology and a degree from Guangdong University of Technology.
