Matthew Picard

Matthew Picard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew currently holds the position of Head of Data Solutions at Wood Mackenzie, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Product Development at Wood Mackenzie from March 2022 to May 2023. In this role, they managed a $30M USD Supply Chain product portfolio, collaborated with sales and data leads, and integrated Supply Chain with the broader Wood Mackenzie product organization. Before joining Wood Mackenzie, Matthew held multiple positions at PowerAdvocate, including Director of Product Development and Senior Product Manager. Matthew also worked as a Data Scientist and Energy Data Analyst at PowerAdvocate. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Web Editor at SoxProspects, LLC, and various roles at Trinity College-Hartford, including Editor-in-Chief and Research Assistant. Matthew's work experience also includes serving as a General Counselor at Rivers Day Camp.

Matthew Picard attended Trinity College-Hartford from 2010 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Public Policy & Law and Economics. Matthew concentrated on Policy Analysis and Health Policy Analysis during their time at Trinity. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Wayland High School, earning a High School Diploma. In 2016, Matthew obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
