Vladimir Marković

Vladimir Marković is an experienced engineer currently working at Wood Thilsted since January 2022, focusing on geotechnical and structural engineering. In the Geotechnical Department, responsibilities include assessing driven piles in weak rocks, performing vibro-driving assessments, and contributing to the development of tools like the Suction Caisson. Previously in the Primary Steel Department, work involved tasks related to the design of offshore wind turbine support structures and development of in-house tools. Prior to joining Wood Thilsted, Vladimir served as a Junior Construction Engineer at Jugogradnja Beograd, overseeing construction site activities and managing project documentation. Early career experience includes a student internship at Wetricom, participating in the construction of drainage systems. Vladimir holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Belgrade and Aalborg University, respectively.
