Charles Vernon

Charles Vernon is currently serving as the Senior Legal Counsel at Woodforest National Bank and transitioning to be the successor Chief Legal Officer. Previously, Charles was the CEO of Merchants Choice Payments Solutions, General Counsel at Woodforest National Bank, and an Attorney at the Law Offices of Charles A. Vernon. Charles is also an Adjunct Professor at Florida State University College of Law. Charles obtained their BA and JD in Law from The University of Kansas.
