Isaac Bertrand has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2023. Isaac started their career as a Tier III Technical Support Representative at Convergys in 1999 and worked there until 2002. Isaac then moved onto roles such as Computer Technician at The Nathaniel Center in 2006, IT Analyst 1 at Eagle Global Logistics from 2006 to 2009, and IT Analyst I at CEVA Logistics from 2006 to 2009.
In 2009, Isaac joined Healthhelp as an Operations Analyst and worked there until 2010. Isaac then joined Houston Food Bank as a Systems Analyst, where they specialized in designing and developing reports and reporting systems using Microsoft SharePoint and SQL Server Reporting Services. Isaac worked there until 2012.
From 2012 to 2013, Isaac worked as a SharePoint Consultant at Entrance Software, where they collaborated with various clients from different industries to complete SharePoint related projects. Isaac provided guidance in SharePoint infrastructure planning and assessed current needs.
Isaac then joined Doris-Inc in 2013 as a SharePoint Administrator. Isaac was primarily responsible for designing the overall SharePoint environment and web applications. Isaac'sduties included business analysis, process design, application development within SharePoint, web development, data analysis and migration, troubleshooting, user training, and documentation. Isaac worked on projects such as an Engineering Document Management System, which involved creating workflows, automated document processes, and improving document transmittals.
After their tenure at Doris-Inc, Isaac joined PinnacleART in 2016 as an Application Specialist, where they worked until 2018. Isaac then joined Woodforest National Bank and took on roles such as Office 365 Admin III from 2018 to 2021, Business Systems Analyst II from 2021 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Power Platform Developer II from 2023 onwards.
Isaac Bertrand attended North Harris Community College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associates degree in Applied Sciences. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's of Arts and Science degree at Louisiana State University from 2002 to 2005. During their time at Louisiana State University, they studied Communication, Geography, and Geology.
