Kevin Patch

Kevin Patch has extensive work experience in various industries, including banking and education. Kevin started their career in 1991 as a Teller/Vault Teller at Quincy Savings Bank, where they provided excellent customer service and performed accurate transactions. From 1994 to 2000, Kevin served as an ESOL Coordinator/Teacher at the SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, where they led and coordinated instructional learning plans for a team of teachers and implemented a statewide curriculum with successful outcomes. In 2000, they joined Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as a Teacher, mentoring and developing student teachers while forging partnerships with local businesses. Kevin transitioned to Eye Care Carolinas in 2002, taking on the role of Office Manager/Public Relations Specialist. In this position, they managed the office and handled public relations. From 2003 to 2005, Kevin worked at SunTrust Bank in various roles, including Training Specialist, Financial Center Manager, and Financial Services Advisor. During this time, they collaborated with subject matter experts, cultivated relationships with business partners, and exceeded goals through effective leadership and sales strategies. Kevin joined Fifth Third Bank in 2005 as a Corporate Trainer, responsible for facilitating training programs, advising employees and managers, and creating learning strategies. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Commercial Client Advisor, where they managed client relationships, sales opportunities, and liaised between clients and sales support professionals. From 2018 to 2020, Kevin worked at Ally as an Enterprise Sr. Learning and Development Specialist, focusing on learning and development initiatives. Most recently, Kevin joined Woodforest National Bank in 2020 as a Regional Commercial Client Specialist.

Kevin Patch's education history begins with him earning an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from SUNY Broome Community College from 1988 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Education with a minor in Psychology at Eastern Nazarene College, completing it from 1990 to 1994. Later, they attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Learning and Development Certification in Human Resources Development.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin Patch has obtained several certifications. In 2007, they received the Leader Certification for the Omega Consumer Lending Program from Omega Performance. Kevin also completed Leadership and Service programs at the Deliver and Develop Levels through AchieveGlobal in April 2007. Furthermore, in June 2009, they obtained the Expert Synchronuous Producer/Facilitator certification from InSync.
