Lori Brittain has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and marketing. Lori started their career as a Human Resources Representative at Harton Regional Medical Center in May 2004 and later took on the role of Marketing Coordinator from November 2005 to December 2008. In October 2010, they joined iQor Aftermarket Services (formerly Jabil Global Services) as a Human Resources Generalist II and worked there until August 2014. In March 2015, they joined Woodforest National Bank as an HR Benefits Analyst II, where they are currently employed.

Lori Brittain completed their education chronologically as follows. From 1999 to 2001, they attended Motlow State Community College and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Education & Office Management. Later, they enrolled at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Lori also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they earned an HR Generalist Certificate from the HR Training Center. Lori then achieved the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in December 2019. Most recently, in March 2022, they became a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS) U.S. through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
