Chad Smith

Chad P. Smith serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Woodgrain since August 2014, overseeing global HR responsibilities for a large workforce in the building products industry and acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior executives. Prior to this role, Chad P. Smith spent nearly a decade at AgReserves, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Director of Human Resources to Human Resources Generalist, focusing on strategic HR operations, leadership development, and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes a role as Trainer, Branch Coach at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. Chad P. Smith holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Brigham Young University and a BA in Economics from the University of Utah.
