Jon Ruday has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jon started their career in 1990 as a Programmer/Analyst at AT&T Wireless and worked there until 1994. In 1995, they joined Fortis Investments as a Senior Programmer/Analyst and worked there until 1997. Jon then joined Travelers and held various roles, including Information Engineer from 1997 to 2016, and Information Architect from 2016 to 2021. Currently, they are working as the Media and Technical Director at Woodland Hills Church since February 2021.
Jon Ruday has a diverse education history in the field of computer software engineering. Jon obtained a Certificate of Advanced Study in Computer Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Software Design and Development degree from the same university between 1994 and 2000, specializing in software development. Their undergraduate education was completed at Cardinal Stritch University from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management.

Furthermore, they have a certificate in Computer Programming from the Brown Institute, which they earned in 1987.
