Tanya Howat

Tanya Howat has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tanya started their career at Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd as an administrator from November 1998 to February 2000. Tanya then worked as a recruitment consultant at Robert Walters from February 2000 to August 2001. Following that, they spent five years at Programmed (formerly Integrated Group) where they held various positions including finance administration, personal assistant, administration manager, correspondence coordinator, and national sales administration. From July 2006 to February 2007, Tanya worked as an executive personal assistant at Lyons Architects. Tanya then joined Temperature Design Pty Ltd in February 2007 as a sales and marketing consultant, also handling system administration. Tanya stayed with Temperature Design for over 10 years, during which they managed social media platforms, websites, and company administration procedures. Currently, Tanya works at Woods Bagot as a business analyst in the People and Culture team, where they serve as a global advocate, system administrator, and business analyst for the company's HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors). Their role includes contributing to and implementing business processes, strategy, and system functionality.

Tanya Howat has a Certificate IV in Arts in Interior Decoration from RMIT University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Tanya also holds an Associate Diploma in Business in Office Administration from RMIT University, earned between 1997 and 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Tanya has obtained multiple certifications. Tanya completed the "Customer Service Leadership" program at LinkedIn in October 2021. In the same month, they also completed the "Project Management Foundations: Procurement" and "Tech Career Skills: Moving from Developer to Engineering Manager" programs, both also from LinkedIn.

Tanya obtained the "CCSP Cert Prep: 6 Legal, Risk, and Compliance" certification from LinkedIn in September 2021. In the same month, they also completed the "Finance for Non-Financial Managers" program at LinkedIn.

Prior to that, in August 2021, Tanya completed the "Agile Foundations," "Agile Service Management," and "Tech Career Skills: Effective Technical Communication" programs at LinkedIn.

In July 2021, Tanya completed the "Career Insights for Tech Professionals" program at LinkedIn. In March 2021, they obtained the "SAP - SuccessFactors Expert (SFX)" certification from SAP SuccessFactors.
