Chris Hernandez

Chris Hernandez has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Woodside Homes since May 2023. Prior to Woodside Homes, Chris held the role of Director, People Business Partner at The RealReal from April 2021 to May 2023. Chris also worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they held multiple roles including Area HR Business Partner and Human Resource Manager from 2011 to 2021. Chris has experience in call center management as the Call Center Director at Technologent from December 2009 to June 2011. Chris also worked as an HR Consultant at Progressive Insurance from May 2006 to December 2009. Chris started their career at Intel Corporation as an HR Specialist from August 2004 to May 2006. Before that, they worked as an HR Generalist at State Farm Insurance from June 1998 to August 2004. Chris began their career as a Store Manager at Hastings Entertainment from January 1991 to June 1998.

Chris Hernandez obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Eastern New Mexico University between 1984 and 1988.
