Tania Wojtowicz

Tania Wojtowicz currently serves as the Head of People for Digital Technology at WooliesX, focusing on people-centric solutions to enhance the people agenda in partnership with senior leadership. Previously, Tania was the Culture and People Lead for Woolworths Group, where responsibilities included collaborating with executives in e-commerce initiatives. Tania's extensive experience includes senior human resources roles at Transport for NSW, Thorn Group Limited, Wolters Kluwer Australia, QBE, AAMI, and Wright Patton Shakespeare Financial Group, demonstrating strong leadership across various HR functions and strategic HR guidance. Tania holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University.
