Pastor Lyndriell Smith

The Director of Ushers and Greeters is responsible for coordinating and managing their team to ensure proper coverage throughout the Holy Convocation. This includes scheduling team members to be in place during all events and activities, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for attendees.

The Director will work closely with the Logistics Director to align on timing and schedules, ensuring the team is effectively deployed at the right moments. To promote efficiency and avoid burnout, the Director will ensure the team is large enough to allow for rotating schedules, providing adequate rest for team members.
