Debbie Little, SPHR - SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Debbie began their career as a Divisional Field Supervisor at ITT Financial Services, where they supervised a team of over 20 employees and was responsible for recruitment, training, and benefits. After working at ITT Financial Services for over a decade, Debbie joined CLS Financial Services, LLC as the VP of Operations. In this role, they designed and managed all human resource programs and systems and oversaw various departments. Since 2004, Debbie has been the Chief Administrative Officer at the Workforce Development Council Snohomish County, where they are responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Debbie is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to budgeting and strategic planning.

Debbie Little, SPHR - SCP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy & Speech from Willamette University, graduating in 1980. Debbie then pursued a Master of Public Administration degree at Eastern Washington University from 1980 to 1981. In 1981, they attended Gonzaga School of Law, although further details about their degree or field of study are not provided.

Debbie Little has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2005, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
