Murielle "Mio" Ballard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Murielle "Mio" currently holds the position of Director of Product Operations & Delivery at WorkForce Software, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, Mio worked at Cotiviti as the Director of Innovation Portfolio Management and RTE from 2019 to 2023. Murielle "Mio"'searlier roles at Cotiviti included Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Business Analyst.

Before joining Cotiviti, Mio worked at Verscend from 2012 to 2018. Murielle "Mio"'sroles at Verscend included Scrum Master, Project Manager, Release Manager, and Delivery Manager. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Utah State University between 2001 and 2004. In addition, Mio has obtained various certifications including Certified SAFe 5 Lean Portfolio Manager, Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant (Upgrade), Certified SAFe 4 Program Consultant, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master, and Scaled Agile Framework Agilist.
