Ashley Woodgate has been working in the customer success and business development fields since 2011. In 2011, they began their career as an Account Executive at Inck Merchandise, where they worked with global clients on sales proposals, delivery, and launch. Ashley also set up and ran social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. In 2012, they moved to SThree, where they held two roles: Key Client Manager and Business Development and Client Relationship Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing multi-million dollar client relationships with some of their key accounts in the Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services industries. Ashley also served as a Diversity Champion internally for Women, and had a passion for aligning diversity strategies to deliver to their clients' targets. In 2019, Ashley moved to Snap.hr as the Head of Customer Success. In 2020, they joined WorkGenius as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they are responsible for setting up processes, setting targets, driving customer usability and success, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ashley also oversees post-sales activities such as onboarding, weekly catch-ups, training, upsells, renewals, and offboarding.

Ashley Woodgate attended Queen's University Belfast from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law.
