Tom Penaskovic PMP MBA

Tom Penaskovic has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Tom currently works at Workgrid Software as the Director of Strategic Revenue Operations since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for partner channel growth, team playbooks, revenue operations, and cross-functional tools. Tom drives mutual growth through partner channel enablement and value-added reseller efficiency. Tom also led the strategy for Salesforce toolset customization, UX, and compliance.

Tom Penaskovic PMP MBA has an extensive education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications. In 2002, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Management Information Systems (MIS), from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, Tom pursued IT Project Management at The George Washington University School of Business.

In 2010, Tom acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). This was followed by the attainment of the Certified Experienced LMS Coach degree from Liberty Mutual Insurance, specializing in Lean, Six Sigma, and Process Improvement from 2013 to 2015.

Tom's commitment to education continued with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, focusing on Financial Management, at UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 2012 to 2016. In March 2016, Tom obtained SAFe 4.0 certification.
