Rodney Aziz

Rodney Aziz has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Rodney is currently working as the Director of Software Engineering at Workhorse since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ford Motor Company for several years in various roles. At Ford, they served as the Software Engineering Group Manager for Ford Pro Intelligence, Telematics, where they led a platform team and launched products globally. Rodney also worked as the Software Engineering Group Manager for FordPass Rewards, overseeing the growth and development of the product. Additionally, Rodney worked as a Senior Technical Product Manager for DevSecOps, FordPass, and Lincoln Way, where they built teams and ensured the successful integration of mobile apps with supporting microservices. Before joining Ford Motor Company, Rodney worked at Ford Credit, where they held positions as the Senior Product Manager for Data Warehousing and Application Delivery and as the Senior Technical Product Manager for Database Administration and Business Intelligence.

Rodney Aziz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University.
