Alinafe Lucy began their career in 2014 as a Catering Assistant at Compass Group, where they excelled in communication, food preparation, and customer service. In 2017, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at The Kings Hospital School, where they gained experience in data processing, contract completion, and recruitment support.

In 2018, Alinafe joined Workhuman as a Customer Service Executive, where they showcased their skills in assisting international clients, monitoring service awards, and ensuring client satisfaction through accurate call and email processing. Alinafe Lucy also demonstrated proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics.

During the same year, Alinafe ventured into entrepreneurship as the Business Owner of Lucie Hair. Alinafe Lucy successfully built a brand around an innovative hair product and service for afro and curly hair types. Alinafe Lucy implemented digital advertising and lead generation strategies to identify potential markets, and consistently met deadlines to achieve high customer satisfaction.

In 2013, they enrolled at Liffey College and completed a diploma in Small Business Administration/Management, which they finished in 2014.

Eager to further their education, Alinafe pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from CCT College Dublin. Alinafe Lucy successfully completed this program in 2018. Onwards from there, they decided to pursue an Honors Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution and completed it in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Alinafe has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. In 2021 and 2023, they earned certifications in customer service, business development, sales fundamentals, and customer success management fundamentals from LinkedIn.
