Darren Brooks has held various roles throughout their work experience. Darren also served as the Project Lead for the MS Dynamics365 CRM and Grant Management Systems Project, collaborating with m-hance and the business teams to ensure successful implementation and operations. Additionally, they were the Head of CRM, leading Concern's CRM team and driving CRM across all Public Affairs activities.

Darren also has experience in the customer support and operations field. At PrePayPower.ie, they were the Customer Support Operations Manager, responsible for improving operational areas of the business and driving installation rates. At Dublin Airport Authority (DAA), they served as the Online Operations Manager for Airport Genie, overseeing the design and smooth running of the online operations side of the business.

Earlier in their career, Darren worked at Brother International Ireland as the Customer Service Manager, where they managed a team of customer service reps and technical agents, ensuring high levels of service for customers and dealers.
