Erin Thompson

Erin Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the technology industry. Erin is currently working at Workhuman as a Senior Engineering Manager since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Delivery Lead at Workhuman from May 2019 to July 2022 and as a Product Owner from July 2018 to May 2019. At Workhuman, Erin contributed to the development of their integrated Social Recognition and continuous performance management platform.

Before joining Workhuman, Erin worked at Google as an International Product Support Manager for EMEA & LatAm from August 2016 to June 2018. Erin also held a Product Owner role at Mobile Travel Technologies Ltd. from March 2016 to August 2016.

Erin's earlier experience includes positions at Globoforce, where they worked as a Business Analyst for mobile applications from April 2014 to March 2016, and as a QA Engineer from April 2013 to March 2014. Erin also served as a QA Engineer at CCKF IT Ltd. from October 2012 to March 2013, and at Sage Technologies from August 2011 to September 2012.

Erin began their career at Sage Ireland, where they held the roles of Software Tester from April 2007 to August 2011 and Technical Support Consultant from August 2006 to April 2007.

Erin Thompson attended St. Louis High School from 1996 to 2002. After completing high school, they pursued a Bsc Honours degree in Computing and Information Systems at the Institute of Technology, Tallaght from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Erin obtained the ISEB Foundation Level in Software Testing from ISEB in May 2007. Erin also holds two certifications in Scrum methodologies - the PSM Level 1 from Scrum.org in November 2014 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in October 2014.
