Mark Schwartz

Mark Schwartz is the Chief Financial Officer at Workhuman, where he collaborates across departments to ensure every team possesses the resources they need to achieve continued innovation and success. Mark has a significant investment in the employee experience and serves as a dedicated partner to Workhuman’s human experience team, helping to drive sustainable growth throughout the organization.

A self-proclaimed “numbers guy”, Mark began his career as a lawyer before transitioning to a CFO and co-founder role at Fabrinet, a manufacturing and engineering equipment services startup, where he led the company’s IPO and follow-on offering. Prior to joining Workhuman, Mark was the CFO at Markforged, and before that, the CFO at Trax Retail. After thirty years in California, Mark is thrilled to be back on the East Coast in Framingham, Mass., where he lives with his wife. They may or may not have followed their son to college.
