Kathleen Frank

Kathleen Frank has a wealth of experience in sales and business development. Kathleen started their career at Loyaltyworks in 1996, where they served as Vice President of Business Development for nearly a decade. In 2005, they joined BI WORLDWIDE as a Business Development Director, a role they held for over ten years. Kathleen then moved on to Globoforce in 2016, where they became an Enterprise Account Executive. Kathleen continued this role when Globoforce rebranded to Workhuman in 2019. Throughout their career, Kathleen has demonstrated expertise in sales and building strong client relationships.

Kathleen Frank holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management & Marketing from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Workhuman Certified Professional from Workhuman in January 2021.
