Michaela McParland

Michaela McParland began their work experience in 2012 at kArton Galéria as a Designer. Michaela then joined Deloitte Digital in 2017 as a Designer for a short period. In 2018, they worked at Reads as a Graphic Designer. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at VRAI as a UI/UX Designer and later transitioned to the role of Designer. Currently, they are working at Workhuman as a Product Designer as of November 2021.

Michaela McParland pursued their education in a sequential manner. Michaela began their academic journey in 2013 at Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education, where they studied Graphic Design and obtained a Higher National Diploma. Michaela then proceeded to Technological University Dublin, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Design (Visual Communications) from 2015 to 2018. Continuing their education, Michaela enrolled at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology in 2020, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in User Experience Design, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
