Nick Eng, MS has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nick is currently serving as a Senior Launch Success Manager and Team Lead at Workhuman, where they play a crucial role in shaping the future of work by helping organizations connect culture to shared purpose. Prior to this, they worked as a Launch Success Manager at the same company for two years.

Before joining Workhuman, Nick worked as a Training Manager at Arcadia.io for a year, where they were responsible for training programs. Nick also gained valuable experience in population health optimization at athenahealth, where they held multiple roles, including Manager, Senior Associate, and Senior Project Associate. Additionally, they worked as a Physician Care Manager Implementation Specialist at MEDITECH and held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Host, Banquet Server at Pomodoro Bistro and Sales Associate at Sporting Kansas City.
