Olena Marchenko

Olena Marchenko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Olena started their career in 2010 as a Content Manager and Client Manager at Lucky-staff, where they communicated with customers, created technical specifications, published engaging content, and optimized content for SEO. Olena then worked as a Content Manager and Requirement Functional Analyst at New Name, where they prototyped interfaces, generated problem reports, created technical specifications, and tested projects.

In 2011, Olena joined IT-Transit as a Business Analyst and QA Engineer, where they managed stakeholders, defined and documented business processes and software requirements, created and maintained project schedules, supervised progress meetings, and implemented single-source documentation practices.

From 2015 to 2017, Olena worked at HARMAN International as a Software Test Engineer and Group Leader.
