Rebecca Rossiter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca started their career as a Corporate Communications/Public Affairs Intern at Ciba in 2006. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Institutional Advancement Associate at The Wheeler School. Rebecca then transitioned to Andera, where they held roles as a Client Services Representative from 2008 to 2010 and as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2011. Rebecca then joined Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services / Leapfrog Systems as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Globoforce as a Customer Success Manager until 2014, and then moved up to become a Senior Customer Success Manager from 2015 to 2017. Since 2017, Rebecca has been with Workhuman, initially serving as a Senior Customer Experience Manager from 2017 to 2019. Rebecca then advanced to the role of Director Customer Experience from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Transformative Strategy at Workhuman.
Rebecca Rossiter obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Rebecca attended the university from 2002 to 2007, completing their degree within that timeframe. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained a certification as a Workhuman Certified Professional from Workhuman in October 2020.
