Vasile Gabi Croitoru has a diverse work experience in various roles. Vasile Gabi started their career as a Ride Attendant at Woodlands Family Theme Park in August 2016 and later became a Team Leader in November 2017. In January 2019, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Gino's Gelato, where they handled inventory, resolved guest complaints, and assisted with inquiries and orders. From February 2019 to January 2021, Vasile worked as a Check Agent at Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline. Vasile Gabi then joined Workhuman in February 2021 as a Customer Service Executive, and within a year, they were promoted to the role of Senior Customer Service Executive in May 2022. Currently, Vasile holds the position of Customer Service Team Lead at Workhuman since July 2023.
Vasile Gabi Croitoru obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Faculty of Automatics, Computers, and Electronics. Vasile Gabi attended this institution from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed high school at Horia Vintila and earned a High School Diploma in Philology from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in operating and driving a mobile boom category 3B from the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) in May 2018.
