Auntera Bose

Auntera Bose is an accomplished professional with significant experience in customer success management at Workiva, starting as a Customer Success Intern in May 2017 and advancing to roles including Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and currently, Lead Customer Success Manager since July 2018. Prior to Workiva, Auntera served as a Consultant at the Leadership and Service Center from September 2015 to May 2017, providing guidance to students in organizational processes and facilitating workshops. Additional experience includes working as a Cyclone Aide with New Student Programs during 2016 and summer conference staff at Iowa State University Department of Residence in 2015. Auntera holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Speech Communication, and Leadership Studies from Iowa State University, earned in 2018.
