Kirsten Knight-Harmon

Kirsten Knight-Harmon currently serves as the Lead Customer Success Manager at Workiva, having progressed through roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager since March 2020. Prior experience includes positions at Story County Medical Center as an Occupational Health Account Representative and Financial Counselor from September 2014 to February 2020. Additionally, Kirsten held the role of Team Leader at Target from June 2013 to September 2014, and served as Student Manager at Wartburg-Waverly Wellness Center between September 2010 and April 2013. Kirsten earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wartburg College, graduating in 2013, and holds a high school diploma from Chaparral High School, obtained in 2009.
