Assumpta Musyoka

Assumpta Musyoka's work experience includes a role as the Head of People at Workpay since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Biscon Company Limited from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Human Resources Officer at Mobisol Group. Assumpta also has experience as a Human Resource Officer at KENYA WOMEN FINANCE TRUST from 2014 to 2017, where they handled various HR roles such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits management, and terminal clearance processes.

Assumpta Musyoka holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Development from the United States International University - Africa. Prior to that, they graduated from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Assumpta also obtained a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the College of Human Resource Management.
