Jedidah Wairimu

Jedidah Wairimu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. In 2017, they began their career as a Customer Support and Admin Assistant at Eagle Mobi, where they provided cost evaluation and maintained workflow schedules. Jedidah then joined KCB Bank Group in 2020 as a Customer Support Representative, where they obtained new clients and maintained relationships with existing customers. In 2021, Jedidah joined XC360 EA LTD as an Account Manager, where they communicated with clients, identified commercial opportunities, and maintained customer relationships. Currently, they are working at Workpay as a Senior Business Development Specialist, a position they have held since May 2023. Overall, Jedidah has demonstrated their skillset in customer support, account management, and business development throughout their career.

Jedidah Wairimu pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Kenyatta University, completing their studies between 2014 and 2018. In May 2021, they obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from The Open University.
