Nithin R has a diverse work experience. Nithin started working at Mphasis in 2013 as a Senior Customer Support Officer and stayed there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Workplace Options and worked as a Consultant until 2019 when they transitioned to the role of Team Coach. In 2022, they became a Customer Support Account Representative and eventually moved up to the position of Senior Account Manager in 2023.

Nithin R pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore College Of Engineering And Technology, from the year 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained the certification of SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMC) from Simplilearn in December 2021.
