About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the team who is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition across the Reflex worker app, retailer platform & internal tools. This role spans many types of activities, from strategic to tactical. The Product Manager provides cross-functional leadership and bridges organizational gaps between different functional groups, in our case between engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Create product strategy and business requirements for new features or products
  • Responsible for product vision, roadmap and continuous improvement of features and/or products
  • Lead and obtain strategic buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate key messages and engage with many diverse functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Actively seek customer and market input and data as a source of product innovation
  • Act as the SME during initial roll-out and provide support when needed
  • Responsible for measuring impact & continuing to iterate on products post-launch

Qualifications

  • Posses strong diplomacy and excellent communication skills with the ability to present and communicate effectively in front of leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Has a customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering products that meet customer and user needs.
  • Skilled at conducting market research, gathering insights, and creating business cases.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years proven experience as a product manager of consumer facing apps or technology, including experience in a lead role.
  • Startup experience preferred
