Kaiti Carpenter

Kaiti Carpenter is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in leading digital product strategies and teams. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Workrise since January 2024, Kaiti previously held the same title at Atmosphere from November 2022 to August 2023. During a significant tenure at Under Armour from October 2016 to October 2022, Kaiti was responsible for the vision and strategy of the company’s digital fitness portfolio, overseeing products with millions of users. Kaiti's earlier roles include Senior Manager positions at TrueCar, Inc. and Manager of Product Development at Smiley Media, where Kaiti contributed to significant revenue streams and product innovation. Kaiti began a career in research analytics at Sentient Services and holds a BA in Psychology and Media from Austin College.
