Jessica Lindahl has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jessica currently holds the position of Senior Engagement Manager at WorkStride, a Prepaid Technologies Company, starting in 2020.
Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they worked at Vistex as an Escalation Manager, Solution Delivery. In this role, they successfully de-escalated critical customer situations and managed multiple ongoing escalations simultaneously. Jessica also served as a Co-Project Manager on internal projects, managing the project plan, timeline, and stakeholder communication.

Jessica Lindahl has a Certificate in Project Management from DePaul University. Jessica also has an A.A. degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Oakton C.C. Additionally, they hold certifications as an Incentive Professional from the Incentive Marketing Association, obtained in July 2015, and as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
