Andrew Whale Mes

Andrew Whale has a broad work experience in various roles related to sourcing, production, quality, and sustainability in the fashion industry. Andrew is currently the Head of Sourcing, Ethics, and Compliance at Workwear Group since October 2022. Before that, they founded KindSource in January 2022, focusing on sustainable sourcing. Andrew also worked as the Group Sourcing Manager at Sussan Corporation Australia Ltd from October 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, they held positions such as Head of Product Technology & Sustainable Sourcing at Debenhams, Sourcing & Product Technology Manager at Country Road Group, Head of Production & Quality - Adults at Cotton On Group, and General Manager Production & Quality at Forever New Apparel Pvt Ltd. Andrew also has experience as a Clothing Technical Manager at Sainsbury's Tu Clothing, Head Of Women's Wear Technology at Marks and Spencer, and Group Fabric Manager at Next Group PLC.

Andrew Whale MES attended Monash University from 2022 onwards, pursuing a Masters degree in Sustainability and Environment. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate education at The University of Bolton, earning a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Textile Science ATI C.Tex, specializing in Apparel and Textile Manufacture.
