Brad Laconte

Brad LaConte, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment and capital markets. Currently serving as an Investor at OLAS Inc since January 2024, LaConte has held the position of Managing Director at Alex. Brown, a Division of Raymond James since September 2016. Alongside these roles, LaConte is a Board Member for Tiesta Tea Company and serves on the Board of Directors for the World Armwrestling League. Previously, LaConte worked as a Director at Deutsche Asset Management and Deutsche Bank, where significant achievements included leading over 100 equity transactions across various sectors. Earlier in the career, LaConte was also a Director at RBC Capital Markets.
