Shona Fullerton

Shona Fullerton is currently working as the Human Resources Director at WBCSD – World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Prior to this, Shona worked as an HR and Privacy Consultant, developing HR policies and processes including talent management, organization design, and privacy operations management. Shona has a wealth of experience in HR and privacy roles, having worked in companies such as DuPont Sustainable Solutions and The Chemours Company. Throughout their career, Shona has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning. Shona holds an MA in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Aberdeen.
