Supriya Jha

Supriya Jha currently serves as a Council Member of the Global Future Council on Investing in Gender Parity at the World Economic Forum, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Supriya was the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at SAP from November 2021 to May 2025 and the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Nasdaq from June 2017 to October 2021, where strategic development in these areas was a key focus. Supriya also founded Takes a Village LLC in 2010, which operates NewportMommy.com, a nonprofit initiative that connects over 4,000 families in the Jersey City area, particularly serving the South Asian community. Additional experience includes roles at Mercer as a Global Solutions Lead and Program Manager and at Teachers College, Columbia University, where Supriya earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. Supriya also holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from MICA.
